Service Delivery

Once a resume analysis report or credits are used, the service is considered delivered.

Subscription Billing

Some plans may renew automatically on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis depending on the selected plan.

Users can cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure where the service was not delivered
• Incorrect charge due to system error

Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the current billing period will remain active until it expires.
